Nadhrah obtained her Ph.D. from the Center of Public Administration and Policy (CPAP) at Virginia Tech in 2015. Her research interests are in new public service, public participation and active transport policy. She is an avid cyclist and advocates for active and sustainable transport policy such as cycling and walking.
